Type Ratings

All our type ratings are performed in accordance with EASA Part FCL, and we are proud to be able to offer hands-on training during the theoretical part and required base training for all of our types.

The majority of our instructors are active crew members working for various airlines as commander and co-pilots, with years of experience of training. Training is therefore up to date and based on the latest current practices.

We offer type rating courses on ATR 72-500 and 72-600.

The theoretical part takes place in our facilities located at Bromma Airport, Stockholm, Sweden. There we have ATR aircraft parked outside the window, which gives us the opportunity to use real aircraft during the training to supplement classroom and mock-up training. This gives you a real “hands-on” experience and will be valuable preparation for your simulator training.

The simulator training will be performed in Amsterdam or Paris according to your request. The syllabus may be adjusted to fit the pilot’s requests and previous experience, which provides a cost effective course, tailor made according to your airline or personal demands.

Course structure
Technical Training 72 hours (9 days) with instructor
Aircraft Operational Training 48 hours (6 days) with instructor
Simulator Training 32 hours (8 sessions) with instructor
Skill check 2 hours (1 session) with examiner
Base Training (Take-off and Landings) 1 hour (1 day) with TRI

We can of course help you or your company with more training on the type; renewal training, license and operators proficiency checks, Low Visibility training or SOP-training are examples of what we can help you with.
